Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with the work of ADVANCED LANDSCAPING AND TREE. Because we provide on-site services rather than physical products, there is nothing to ship back and there are no product returns or exchanges. This policy explains how to request a refund. Effective date: 2026-10-22.

Refund period

You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.

How to request

E-mail [email protected] with your order number, the service address and a short description of the issue. Photos of the work area help us review your request quickly.

How you are refunded

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Card statements may take one or two billing cycles to show the refund.

Exceptions

Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned, except in case of defect.
