Quotes, prices and payment

Every job is quoted on request, because price depends on the property, the scope of work and site conditions.

Before you accept or pay, you receive the full total price in U.S. dollars (USD), including the charges described in the quote and at checkout. Nothing is hidden or added later without your approval.

An order is confirmed when you accept the quote and payment is approved.

We may cancel orders that contain pricing errors or involve suspected fraud. In that case, we refund any amount paid.

No subscriptions

We do not sell subscriptions, and no automatic recurring charges are made through the website.

If you would like repeat maintenance visits, the price and frequency are agreed with you in writing before any work starts.

We perform our work with professional care, but we do not promise specific outcomes. Tree treatments are not a guaranteed cure.
